Kitty O’Neil - one of Hollywood’s most fastest woman in the world.

Kitty O'Neil was indeed one of the fastest women in the world and achieved numerous accomplishments throughout her life. However, she was not a Hollywood actress but rather a Hollywood stuntwoman, and her achievements extended far beyond the entertainment industry.

Born in 1946, Kitty O'Neil grew up in Corpus Christi, Texas. At the age of five months, she contracted measles, which left her deaf. Despite this setback, O'Neil was determined to live life to the fullest and pursued a career as a stuntwoman.

O'Neil's list of achievements is impressive. In 1976, she set a land-speed record for women by driving a rocket-powered vehicle at a speed of 512 mph. She also set records in speedboat racing, water skiing, and skydiving. Additionally, O'Neil worked as a stunt double for numerous actresses, including Lynda Carter in the TV show "Wonder Woman."

One of O'Neil's most memorable stunts was in the 1970s TV show "The Bionic Woman," where she performed a high fall from a helicopter into an airbag. She also worked on movies like "Smokey and the Bandit II" and "The Blues Brothers."

Despite her many accomplishments, O'Neil faced numerous obstacles throughout her life. In addition to her deafness, she also battled cancer and later became a quadriplegic after contracting meningitis. Nevertheless, she remained a trailblazer and an inspiration to many, and her legacy as one of the fastest and most accomplished women in history continues to inspire people to this day.
